Leo Tolstoy

Leo Tolstoy is one of the most revered Russian writers of all time. His works include War and Peace, Anna Karenina, and Resurrection. He was also an ardent Christian who sought to live his beliefs in his everyday life, which included practicing pacifism during war time. Tolstoy's writing style was influenced by his own experiences as well as by his philosophical beliefs. In particular, he believed that a person's true nature could only be revealed through their interactions with others.
