Fleetwood Mac is an American rock band that was formed in 1967 in London. The band is composed of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Christine McVie, Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham.The band released their first album in 1968 called Fleetwood Mac. The album contained 11 songs and was released as a two-LP set.Fleetwood Mac became one of the most successful bands of the 1970s and their music has been featured on several TV shows and movies.The band had several albums that reached number one on various charts around the world including Rumours (1977) which was ranked as the top-selling album of the 20th century according to Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
